Please be aware that we were experiencing some irregularities in our system earlier today. Our asset server, which provides content to the Colect Brand Portal, was having some technical outages. This means that some videos and images were not loading and that you could have experienced a delay when retrieving orders in your Brand Portal. Fortunately, the issue is already resolved.
