Please take note of the following details:
Start of maintenance: 31st of October, 2023, at 8:00 pm CET
End of maintenance: 31st of October, 2023, at 11:30 pm CET

The Colect Backend, Digital Showroom and your Colect B2B Brand Portal won’t be accessible during this maintenance time frame. Please be aware that all users working in these environments cannot log in during this time frame.

The Colect Sales App and Instore App remain accessible in offline mode, submitted orders will be queued and processed automatically when (re)connected to the internet after the maintenance is completed.
